Refund and Returns Policy

You have up to 5 business days after receiving your order to submit your return or exchange request. Please note, for any returns or exchanges there will be a return shipping fee applied. The piece must be unworn, undamaged, and with the original tag attached (the title must not be altered in any way). Except for bespoke products produced on the order that cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Please note that every eternity band is made to order and CANNOT be resized. Half pairs of earrings are ‘FINAL SALE.’ All custom pieces cannot be refunded or exchanged, including those with engravings and custom sizes.

The Customer will be refunded your full amount (minus shipping costs both ways) once the piece has been delivered back (under the conditions indicated below) and passed our inspection. Please email info@hasfinejewellery.com as a first step. Things to include in the email:
– Order Number
– Photo of piece (if damaged)
– Description of issue
