We usually use G color, VS quality diamonds and above in our jewelry pieces. If you would like a GIA / HRD Certificate, they charge $250+ to certify each stone. That is why only larger stones are certified like the larger diamonds (0.4ct and above) or emeralds, rubies… Our diamonds are natural and ethically sourced and purchased from legitimate sources. They are conflict free, based on personal knowledge of the suppliers of these diamonds. We buy the stones based on the quality, color, and grade from trusted suppliers. We do offer a certificate of authenticity with your purchase stating the specifications of the diamonds we use in each piece. For bespoke pieces, and wedding jewelry we would agree in advance with the client about the gemstones specifications and if they wish to buy certified stones, we would be happy to provide them. After all, international stone certification is an extra asset for your jewels.
You have up to 5 business days after receiving your order to submit your return or exchange request. Please note, for any returns or exchanges there will be a return shipping fee applied. The piece must be unworn, undamaged, and with the original tag attached (tag must not be altered in anyway). Except for bespoke products produced on order that cannot be exchanged or refunded. Please note that every eternity band is made to order and CANNOT be resized. Half pairs of earrings are ‘FINAL SALE.’ All custom pieces cannot be refunded or exchanged, that includes pieces with engravings and custom sizes. The Customer will be refunded your full amount (minus shipping costs both ways) once the piece has been delivered back (under the conditions indicated below) and passed our inspection. We know that it would be tempting to keep our jewelry pieces at all times, it is however not recommended, especially when the jewels include precious or semi-precious stones. Prong set diamonds aren’t very safe to sleep in. Please note that natural corals and some semi-precious stones can be damaged if worn in chlorine treated water, in shower or even worse in a pool. Emeralds are very delicate stones and can be damaged easier than other stones if worn without appropriate care. It is also important to keep in mind that oils, creams, soap and make-up are attracted by diamond jewelry and they stick to the stones resulting a dull and milky appearance. Some metal color treatments may also fade over time depending on the acidity of your skin, and in case you use perfume, creams, cleaning products or chemicals with your jewelry on. You can always ask to get your jewelry cleaned/treated to restore them to their original color, once every two to three years.
